I had FES perform mold remediation and crawl space encapsulation. Keith and his team were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. I had some unusual circumstances in my crawlspace, since my 100-year-old house is on pier foundations, and part of my crawlspace was not accessible. Keith developed a plan for my specific issues. The work was done extremely thoroughly. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. I had some odor issues after the encapsulation, and Keith was very attentive in fixing the problem, which he did. In fact, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I purchased my current home about a year ago, the home is approximately ten years old. My crawl space had mold and a poorly installed vapor barrier. I got estimates from four contractors. Keith had the knowledge and experience to do the job correctly at a fair price. I would highly recommend him. I am satisfied with his work but if anything should change I will update this review.

I would definitely use this company again. Keith responded quickly, came out the next day (a Saturday), and offered helpful tips and guidance on the mold we found in our bathroom. He ended up advising us that it was more cost-effective for us to do the clean-up ourselves. I really appreciate that he offered to send a technician to clean the mold but didn’t upsell us or try to convince us to buy services we didn’t need. The next time we have a mold issue or need radon testing, we’re definitely calling Keith!

The project went extremely well. Keith (the owner) is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Before the work he gave me a detailed estimate-which was a fair price compared to my other estimates. All the mold remediation was done in accordance with IICRC S520 guidelines. His crew of four men under his supervision started around 9am and finished around 4pm the same day. They established containment with a HEPA filter air scrubber and vacuumed the wood. They applied EPA antimicrobial, wiped and vacuumed again. He used an air mover to dry the area and let me keep it over the weekend. I would highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

He was also available very quickly and provided a detailed quote, which were critical since we were in the inspection period for purchasing a house. First Let me say that this Review is a bit late, but everyone has to know that Keith is a very good man and a man of his word. I not only would trust him again with any work I would ever need done, but I would trust him with my life. That’s how impressed I was after working with him. He is honest, hardworking, very knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right. He could not beat a competitor’s price, but for just a few dollars more, he was much more thorough with his work based on the estimates, and he provided services the competitor didn’t even place on their estimate. Bottom line, that extra money was not only money well spent and his services were a godsend. He removed flooring, parts of walls, chemically treated the affected areas, and placed barriers. All of the debris was properly disposed of, and the affected areas were left as clean as they could be. He properly set a sump pump that was not correctly placed by the plumbers that set it initially (on the house). I strongly recommend that if you have damage from mold, water, etc., you must ask Keith to care for your home. He is the ultimate professional.

We received very good service at a fair price. Keith also tested for radon which we were a little skeptical of since it would mean more money for him if “high” levels were detected but the tests came back low enough that he said we didn’t need to worry about it. I needed to have my house tested for Radon. I found this company on Angie’s List, and first talked with the owner (Keith) on the phone about coming out to do a Radon test in my home. He was very punctual, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He explained in detail how the testing equipment worked and answered my numerous questions about Radon. After the testing equipment sat in my home for a couple of days, Keith came back to give me the results and pick up the equipment. Luckily the Radon levels were very low, and I didn’t need to have anything else done to remedy any Radon problems. He also checked the crawl space underneath the house for mold. Keith is a very honest professional who I would recommend to anyone needing their home checked for Radon or mold issues. My thanks to him for all his great expertise!
